I know how to get them but you need Nami to get both Port town 1 and 2.For syrup village I forgot:)

here's some gud advice in playing just try to defeat morgn over and over again to get some extra retry, in defeating boses just look at their move patterns, for coins explore well, it is just hard for arlongs park when you slip in the ice area.
